      Pros

      You're out on your own making deals. As long as you are producing management leaves you alone. Great income and great people. I've never been a part of a brotherhood like that before or since I left. I would go back in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      Phone will stay busy if doing your job properly. Calls at 5 AM to 9 PM. Weekends, holidays, and vacations are no exception. But the better you are at your job the faster you can "resolve" these calls

      At one time was a great company

      Branches run like mom & pop stores that are about to go under. Our branch has Hostile work environment. Terrible manager. Most hateful person I’ve ever met. Many employees have quit, transferred out because of him. Disregard company policies and makes his own.
