      Pros

      Great Big 'o Sundt Family. This is by far the best decision I've made. The vibe at Sundt is very family oriented and you can have a chance to enjoy the ESOP program, bonuses, 401k, healthcare, tuition assistance, and so much more. Great place to work, so much to learn, and so much to look forward to.

      Cons

      Time on a project, but it pays off eventually, so not really a con unless you have a family where long days can effect kids after school activities.

      Pros

      ESOP (100% employee owned, all profits eventually have to come back to employee-owners), bonuses 2x per year, great support for volunteering, great office atmosphere (spirit days, etc.).

      Cons

      You have to tell people how to pronounce and spell the company name.

      Pros

      I've work here full time for over two years and would say its one of the best companies in the business. They take care of their employees and give them the support in the field to succeed.

      Cons

      Travel, nothing new to the construction business.
