The people at this company are top shelf. In my 25 years of working in this industry, I have ever work with a group of people that care so much about each employee.

Cons

Travel away from home. But management does there best to take care and address the needs of there people.

Sundt is the best company I have worked for spanning a career of 40+ years. I have never been out of work. Sundt has a great ESOP plan and good benefits.

Cons

Only downside is travel for projects. But you make the best choices for yourself.

We spend a lot of our lives looking for role models, mentors, teachers, and gurus to guide us on our path. There is nothing wrong with this and, in fact, finding the right person at the right time can really help. However, it is important to realize that in the absence of such a figure, we can very safely rely upon ourselves. Working at Sundt we experience all the above and the opportunity to move forward in the company.

Cons

When we speak or write, we use the vehicles of words to carry meaning, as well as energy, from ourselves to another person or group of people. Sundt can use the opportunity to speak to those who want to be promoted from within the company instead of going out, we have been going out quite a bit lately.
