Pros

The pay is decent. The hours are pretty nice depending on your location but its even better if you aren't exactly a morning person because most locations don't open until 9 or 10 AM. The benefits are amazing. The employee discount is pretty great, and they offer many opportunities to earn free sunglasses. Access to excellent vision care including many discounts on prescription glasses as well.

Cons

My store manager was difficult and terrible at communicating. She scared away all of our sales associates and she didn't like you she was quick at working to get rid of you.

the management is bad and rude.. They do not care if you ask along time enough for days off for personal issues, The management was not fair about commission sales too

Free sunglasses and good commission

Cons

The work environment is extremely toxic. They will overwork you and do things that are not in your job role. The base pay is average. They will overwork you especially during the holidays. You will be burnt out and the managers will never understand the mental stress your in because in the end , whatever your team sells the managers get a good cut in commission.
