Pros
In the years I have been with Sunrise I have witnessed the dignity and respect of the Sunrise employees towards all parties they come in contact with. I believe it is because Sue (CEO) sets a great example and whole heartedly believes and exercises the company mission. Sue's passion to serve others has, and continues to, trickle down to employees. Her dedication to participants, employees, and stakeholders is an example others should adopt. Here at Sunrise we strive for positive outcomes and would not be able to do it without the example Sue leads.
Cons
It is disheartening when disgruntled employees leave the company. There are, at times, termed employees who cannot take accountability for the decisions they made that lead to termination. Instead they will slander the company and at times individuals in order to not take accountability. The saddest part of their negativity is that it affects individuals who do not have the ability to defend themselves.
