Pros

They pay for everything, the coworkers are extremely easy to work with. Very relaxed Yet professional environment.

Cons

Low pay, micromanagement, overpriced services, and big company. I dont like the immediate boss. Neither does the rest of the branch, he does not fit in well, he's a know it all and a brown noser, and acts like those who are not college graduates are less than.

Pros

Sunsource is one of the leading distributors in the Hydraulic Industry and serves as a full service resource for mobile, industrial MRO, and OEM markets. We have some of the best people in the industry that really care about doing a great job! Senior management is some of the best that I've ever worked around. They really care about their people!

Cons

Communication sometime vague and although we have a great email system, sometimes things that need to communicated to lower level personnel, falls though the cracks.

Employees pitted against one another, lackluster benefits, constant teleconferences, unprofessional office environments, people wasting time on facebook, management rolls out new initiatives every week, company software is old, employees not trusted, not liked by many suppliers, watch your back culture
