Pros

Lots of long term employees. People come here, and stay because it's a great company Those long term employees are willing to help the new folks with just about anything Lots of corporate expertise, and it's easily accessible Above average commissions for sales A million things to sell to a million different companies. Some truly great products that are the envy of the competition.

Cons

All those products make for a severe learning curve. This will take a lot of commitment For sales, the minimal car allowances are a joke. 401K contribution is low, although the fund performs very well Target account program pays the managers, but not the salespersons who are responsible to grow the Targets. It's a weird, backwards program that upper management loves. Note: The above average pay goes a long long way. In fact, most people just get over the details as soon as they get paid. Lets face it, if you're in sales, what do you really want? Commissions!! And, you can eventually make a whole lotta dough. Think $150-$200k and above. Far above for some.

Pros

Good product and industry exposure.

Cons

Old, antiquated computer system. Management uses impossibly to achieve KPI's to micromanage all departments. Poor compensation packages. Doesn't seem to be any organisational structure.

Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

Sunsource does not care about employees wellness and health and safety. They have not embraced diversity and fair representation of employees and staffs. Upper Management and Human Resources are protecting wrong doings from supervisors and managers. Employees are immediately targeted and punished for speaking up. They only care about micro management, overworking employees and margin percentages.
