Pros

I worked in the Salt Lake City store where the people were friendly, we had benefits and worked well together in a small business unit.

Cons

One old dog made all the money and would walk over anybody that wasn't taking care of him. Documents, policies and procedures needed improvement and attitudes needed to be adjusted. Upper management was in Colorado, so felt like we were the red-headed step-children.

If you have experience in the hydraulic and pneumatic industry this is one of a handful of large companies in the field.

Cons

Managers, poor transfer or relocation, poor training & advancement, over-worked and under-appreciated. Behind in technology.
