Little to no training. Be prepared to learn for yourself. Management is only in their job bc of working there for a long time. Even the “HR” lady had no experience in HR and it was a bit of a cluster

No direction, no training, put at your desk, very little training on the program, you are expected to work from the seat of your pants. Questions are answered with spite and belittling. No sales reports or direction.
