Business Outlook

Pros

Nice helpful people, especially at mid and lower levels. Long term reputation in the industry and in Phoenix. Working in a branch is pretty good. New CEO will probably bring needed change.

Cons

There is still a lot of chaos during the transition from new CEO, and business is still suffering so there could be more layoffs. Senior leadership has mostly been there for a long time with little to no experience outside the industry or company. Corporate office has a lot of politics but it's well hidden below the surface and takes time to uncover.

Pros

No manager , free reigns.

Cons

No manager to support. New commision plan is not good. You make your money on add on perks. Locations will not help you prosper in your career. Definitely a cap on what you can earn. Better to work for a competitor at that point.
