      Pay Management Say that their employees are important but reward people who know people there in management but have no work skills and hard workers are treated like the work horse and ignored

As a growing company, Sunstate holds true to our Core Values, however, we know there are areas of improvement and additional tools to provide to our employees/managers. Know we are constantly evaluating the needs of the company, and value employee feedback, so we can focus on those needs. Sunstate is a People first organization, as we continue to grow, it will be important to get feedback from all employees to learn and help continue to grow the company.

      Pros

      Your peers will generally be great people willing to work with you and share their knowledge willingly. Benefits are moderately better than the competition.

      Cons

      Ever since Sunstate was purchased by Sumitomo, management has been in a steady decline. You will unfortunately come across those who micromanage and those that can't deliver on their promises, verbal or implied. Outside Sales will always be right as they run the show. Conviction, fairness and consistent expectations of others are frowned upon if you wish to advance.
