Total compensation incentives could be better. I know with economic downturn currently, this will be implemented when economy is in good standing.

You are not paid for your performance, you are paid for the team's performance on the monthly bonus plan Health insurance options are horrible and EXPENSIVE As a OSR (outside sales rep) you are only as good as your last month Front line managers who have no business managing people Front line managers who have NO people skills Front line managers who will lie, right to your face
