      Pros

      When you start with Sunstate everything is peaches and cream and they put up a great front.

      Cons

      I’ve been with the company for SEVERAL years now and the management at local branches suck. They like to micro manage, falsify paperwork, and preach core values but don’t lead by them. There has been several employees walk out in the last few weeks and yet they blame the employees for leaving. Look at the management.

      Pros

      Lots of work, many locations, work boot reimbursement , benefits, lots of OT

      Cons

      Zero opportunity for growth unless you’re related to someone or friends with someone in charge aka from Ahern. You’ll work your butt off while people with friends in management will work at a snails pace and get paid much more than you ever will. Very cliquey. Depending on who you know you might be paid very well and if you don’t management there’s not much you can do as the people running the show are the head of this clique and only bring in their buddies.
