      Good money with consistent overtime

      Cons

      Demanding job with long hours. They preach core values but when the rubber meets the road they treat you like another number. Admittedly it is a different atmosphere depending on your regional/district and even branch manager.

      Experience I am getting Some nice people Training

      I have seen that people who speak truthfully are seen as having bad attitudes so people dont feel comfortable to give all feedback even when asked. That’s why some go on here to express thoughts . Sticking to same thing I always would recommend at any company. I always say positive things and not share anything else other than that.

      Pros

      Competitive pay and they spend a lot of money on facilities and tools and employees.

      Cons

      False hype that they have an amazing work culture, but it's cool-aid. Product leadership is less than genuine. EQ score somewhere between 0 and 16, seems they were promoted into their role because they were a good BA and the team was small. Low self-awareness, lack of empathy, poor coping skills, poor social skills, and no concept of how to collaborate or communicate.
