      Pros

      This company cares more about its employees than any other business out there! They live and sleep by the motto “take care of your employees and they’ll take care of your customers”, and it’s the truth! This is the first ever company that acknowledges hard work when it is noticed. Every small thing. I was hired in a new branch and am pretty knowledgeable on many things. TEAMWORK is a huge thing. We all enjoy working together and helping one another. With that note they will give appreciation daily if not hourly and even as example I got a nationwide employee spotlight position in a monthly newsletter. Never been treated this well anywhere else. Can’t wait to see where my career takes me. Thank you Sunstate!

      I haven’t found any to date. Can’t complain one time about the workload or environment.
