      Wont take a step into the present

      Pros

      Par pay & benefits are typical, you will make an extra 15-20 hours overtime, but not worth it

      Cons

      Ancient equipment that never gets serviced, techs that have no diagnostic skills, lazy techs, lazy drivers, incompetent managers, no training, wont step into the future, rely on old technology and outdated tools, no company e mail, no company phone, cant take truck home, you have to let whoever is on call use your truck and tools, more concerned about tech appearance than performance of equipment.

      We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience with Sunstate was less than stellar. Overall our fleet of equipment is some on the youngest in the industry. We are constantly working to provide our branches with the best fleet available, including purchasing new equipment and retiring older equipment on a regular basis. Sunstate has developed an in house maintenance program that provides some of the most advanced technology in the industry for our technicians. In addition our management training program has been recognized in the industry and we pride ourselves on providing ongoing training to all employees. We are sorry you did not enjoy your experience at Sunstate, not every place is for everybody. We are interested in learning more about any issues you may have experienced.
