We hear you! The huge labor shortage right now has Sunstate working hard to retain and find the best employees. Current employees are in hyper drive working extra hours to keep locations running smoothly and our customers happy. To show our gratitude to our employees for their extra hard work, Sunstate has implemented quarterly bonuses for hourly employees and new Part-Time benefits and increased paid time off programs. We promise we are working diligently to fill our open positions with high quality coworkers. Thank you, current employees for all your tremendous efforts!! Please provide us with any additional feedback, at feedback@sunstateequip.com.

A 2nd Tier Rental Company

Pros

I have to add 5 words apparently. Those are the pros.

Cons

Advance people into upper management positions that are incapable of doing the job. This is a rental company that is in the second tier of companies in this type of business. Think H&E, Ahearn, or All Star Rents. Want to be one of the big boys but fall short. If you want to be with the real players in this business, go to United Rentals, Sunbelt, or Herc Rentals. Those are the real players in the game.

Thank you for your input! On one hand, I would completely agree with you...Sunstate has never claimed, nor desired, to be "One of the big boys" in the equipment rental industry. Rather, we desire and strive to be the BEST in the industry. As such, we would greatly appreciate further clarification regarding your input. Sure, we are not perfect and, as such, we want to hear constructive criticism so that we may always learn and grow with continuous improvement. We have always gone to great lengths to retain employees (and management) that exhibit our Core Values and Team approach. Please contact us with any additional information you may have, at feedback@sunstateequip.com. Thank you!
