      Pros

      This company was built on a strong foundation of principles which are still in place today. Sunstate invests in and values their people first and foremost. That may sound like corporate jargon but its true and it's what makes Sunstate different than every one of their competitors. If you believe in honesty, hard work and love being part of a team then this is the place for you. If you demonstrate these attributes once on board it will be noticed and rewarded. This is a growing company with no shortage of opportunity.

      Good front line employees, very committed to doing the best job possible Very loyal and devoted, willing to do anything they can

      Very little opportunity for advancement Top management is very disconnected from front line- unaware of issues and opportunities Company is very reluctant to new ideas

      Pros

      Great dedicated team of fellow employees, the pay was fair and good vacation. They also offered medical,dental etc etc also 401k was typical for industry. This branch Fort Collins does have a great branch manager.

      Cons

      Long hours,no home life and constantly being micro managed. The metro ops manager will monitor communication between you and dispatch and will interject with his opinion when it is not needed. This could be a great branch if the ops manager would stay away and let the branch manager handle his team. Unfortunately the ops manager controls the branch manager like his puppet.
