Lots of favoritism and cliques. Lazy workers. You have to be related to someone to get somewhere. Don't matter how hard you work, it's who you know. I meant related to. No Teamwork. there is no truth in the core value. Yes, you are just a #. They chase away their good workers who actually work. It's funny they monitor everything but only time to hold someone accountable is when a drive cam comes on. They don't give raises but rather hire on new drivers with a sign on bonus. The centralize dispatch is a mess. They had a good dispatcher and was pushed away. Drivers work long hours with mandatory on call. Benefits are expensive. Unless you're a sales person the only bonus you get is a paycheck every week. Even tho they share the branch made millions of dollars for the month. If you're not part of the clique, you're harassed on why you aren't quick like other workers who aren't doing things quicker and unsafe.

Zero opportunity for growth unless you’re related to someone or friends with someone in charge aka from Ahern. You’ll work your butt off while people with friends in management will work at a snails pace and get paid much more than you ever will. Very cliquey. Depending on who you know you might be paid very well and if you don’t management there’s not much you can do as the people running the show are the head of this clique and only bring in their buddies.
