Pros

This security company fashions itself with the family first motto just like in the military. The management team thus far has impressed me with the handling of both personal and professional issues. I like like the true team working environment and it is easily passed on to our employees and it shows in their daily work.

Cons

The only down side that I have seen is the pay . The pay needs to be adjusted and I know it is based off contract and what the clients are billed . but if all our contracts were above 12.50 we could effectively lead this market and gain even better officers for our team.

The company structure and support from corporate and management make it possible to build relationships with the Officers and clients and truly creates an excellent work life balance/quality of life. It is a positive family environment with support on all levels of the company. I have experienced significant personal and professional growth during my time at Sunstates and have seen many others experience the same.
