They promote within excellent teamwork. They are there when you need them. They go above and beyond their job title and they have proven to be the best security company there is.

Cons

I have yet to see a down side to this company and I would like to keep it that way.

Good for over time , training is a breeze.

Cons

Management can be a bit time off the mill , dm while they are very helpful , they are also very scripted and robotic even.

Just got hired at Sunstates Security. It is a really professional work environment. The supervisors are approachable, but hold you to standards. Lots of room for advancement once I learn the ins and outs of a security officer. A great team environment.
