Mismanaged, little to No discipline

Job is not hard it is very boring at times.

Cons

Coworkers show always show up late(15-30 minutes)or call off after shift started with no disciplinary follow up. You are forced to cover even after working a double.(saw people mandated 20+hrs )You give availability so you can work another job and it's basically thrown in trash. Schedule is changed daily and no one updates you until you're late. People walk off and are back on the schedule the following week. They don't follow their own rules with hiring or promotions. Management is degrading, and hostile if you don't want to work 100 hours a week. I heard a lot of sketchy SOP rules (you agree 2 weeks ago to do a double on Tuesday but have a family emergency you're fired, you call in sick on your Friday you're fired) but never saw a SOP manual even after asking for it several times.
