      Good people in upper management

      Cons

      Supervisors are encouraged through money motivation rather than chosen for team leadership affinity and aptitude. This often leads to poor organization and morale among officer staff on sites.

      Not concerned about safety!

      Pros

      A little higher pay than average.

      Cons

      They arent concerned with safety. They allowed a supervisor to lock an exit to a college dorm with chains but did nothing about it. They allowed supervisors torment, call names, sleep on the job, leave the property while on duty. Without any reprocussions but if you were honest, and turned them in, you are seen as the problem. Very unprofessional atmosphere and hostile work environment. Theres no accountability.

      Spot, i work at was good. At, time they show favoritism and kiss ⬆ to sucker up

      Cons

      Poor, mgmt connection. Feel intimidated where you cant reach out to mgmt even though you go thru chain of command
