Management cares about employees. Decent starting pay. Works with you to create a flexible schedule whether you want full-time or part-time.

Cons

No pay raises Health insurance could be a bit better most of it is a la carte Needs more people for flex

Pros

This company appears to work very hard at keeping current contracts instead of the numbers game of acquiring more contracts than you lose. This concept keeps customers happy as well as increases employee retention. All of that makes for a more enjoyable and stable work place.

Cons

There aren't any cons that are Sunstates related but the industry has difficulties that are challenging. Pay is always going to be an issue. There is too much competition in the security industry so to win a bid includes paying employees a low wage.
