Met great people, some of which I still talk to today.

Cons

Pay sucks. Management will tell you its based off of what the company is willing to pay. Whoever is the negotiator for the pay of the security officers in the charlotte locations SUCK. He should be fired.

Hours always available if your part time, Variety of sites to work at.

Cons

Overtime is scarce and Upper Management lacks diversity. A review of the "Lancer" which is Sunstates Magazine, one will see that a high percentage of entry level officers are African-American. There are a few supervisors as well, but upper level positions such as account managers, operations managers, regional managers and higher the diversity diminishes greatly.
