Pros

Pros of this job include the ample amounts of available overtime, online training modules, ability to train on teams including the Sunstates Mutual Aid Rapid Response Team (SMARRT), and a positive upper management staff.

Cons

The cons include a grossly lacking application process resulting in incompetent and under-qualified personnel being employed. There is little to no repercussions taken against employees that cannot perform/choose not to perform their job functions, and company is afraid to enact disciplinary action against employees. There is no foreseeable career growth with upper management being locked in, and there are no incentives to join programs such as the SMARRT team.

Pros

You receive your paycheck every other Friday. There isn't any management presence, very low expectation of performance, next to impossible to get fired.

Cons

They have zero concern for their employees or their clients. They only want their money, just like the majority of security companies only different name and logo.
