      Pros

      Uniforms are replaced periodically, after you pay a few hundred dollars. Everyone is nice. Easy interview process. Equipment upgrades relatively easy

      Cons

      Salaried works 60+ hours a week. No structure, no support from corporate. They are trying to build a brand of "Integrity", however, the over commitment from the sales team ultimately leads to be deceptive to the client.
