Pros

Upper level management truly believes in supporting the officers and supervisors in the field. Regional managers and even corporate managers conduct monthly site visits (sometimes weekly) to ensure they see every officer working at the sites. Yes, even on weekends and holidays. They stand behind their Vision and Mission statement, and live by it daily. They have an online training center that can be accessed day or night to improve your resume and career development. Great place to work.

Cons

If the area is small it is slow to move up, but the opportunities are there if you are patient.

Great Crew and staff to work with. mostly full time positions.

Cons

you can get yanked around a lot shift wise. It may take 2 years to get a full week of vacation. Have to keep to yourself a lot.
