A decent paycheck if you get hired at a contract.

Cons

- Deceptive with how they handle PTO. - Flat out lie in their handbook and don’t know how to mediate a payment issue. They stole 23 hours of my PTO and have no defense for how they classified me when I left the company with a two week notice. I discourage anyone to not work for this company and I will make sure that I discourage anyone to contract this security company for any security services.

High pay. Overtime allowed. Non managerial staff are cool.

Cons

No to poor communication. No verbal warnings. Immediate write ups over “showing a guest an office amenity on the way to escort them to their location.” Reason: Outside job description. Write up: “Didn’t leave station right at 5pm” (I was waiting for my relief). This was listed under “insubordination”.
