Pros

Uniforms are pretty good except the pants but hearing we are getting new ones! Higher-ups have been at site a few times since I started, always good to have them see what we do, where and how for recognition and/ or improvement possibility on both ends!

Cons

No real communication! Very hard to know whats going on when everything seems to change daily and all three shift leads aren't in the loop! Which in turn means guards aren't knowing if they are doing something they should or shouldn't be doing! An shift hours are crazy there is no need for a crazy schedule!

The pay is decent and you get plenty of hours if you are full time

Cons

They hide things from the employees. They are not consistent about procedures and protocols. Blame is placed to cover up mistakes and issues.
