      Comfortable uniforms, tuition reimbursement program, simple contracts, decent pay for the job

      Cons

      Poor management, including upper management. Horrible PTO accruement. Ridiculous absence policy. No respect for employees. Management gets everything, employees get nothing.

      challenging work environment accommodating schedule great pay great benefits great peer level communication ability to advance within the organization

      Cons

      Security by its nature is not for the faint of heart. There is much to be asked from a security Officer , Be alert , remain vigilant , be an excellent visual deterrent, and be professional. We are not the police nor are we respected as such. It is a worthy task and sometimes a thankless job, I'm hoping in the coming years we get the respect we deserve as a profession.
