Upper management is horrific. Pretty much everyone in upper management has no management training, zero knowledge of what they are doing, constantly try to back stab and nit pick, the environment is very Asian so the best way to get promoted is to brown nose or be there longer.

There is a strong Chinese culture in this company. It took time to get adjusted to the culture, you may not find everything that makes sense. But overall the Pros still bigger than the Cons in my opinion. So try to adapt and try understand the culture will be my advice.
