Pros
The management and people at SP are supportive and work toward collaboration. There is opportunties for cross-training and learning. Initiative is rewarded and people have the ability to contribute to the organization, and everyone is appreciative of those who go above and beyond. Management recognizes contribution. Friendships are common in the office, and people generally get along within the company. There are almost no politics. Company is very good at leveraging its experience as an ERP provider for internal improvement.
Cons
While there has a been a solid history of positive quarterly results, the economic environment has slowed down progress. This has been a little frustrating because projects have been put on hold or cancelled.
