Pros

Challenging assignments, great office space, management that cares about development and growth, honest/straightforward feedback, lots of opportunities, recognition. Exciting business plan. Great space.Great Christmas Party

Cons

High pressure, stress, management is excellent at job function – but management skills are weak, cannot work from home, changes are not communicated very well.

Pros

Most non-executive employees are remarkable and great to work with. They work hard and are quick to offer help. They understand the meaning of being a team... Though you can see a little passion leave there body each day they show up to work. You are not monitored much, which is nice. I was able to come and go on my own time and as long as my work was done, no one would make a fuss. One year we got a backpack for a Christmas Bonus (selling it at a swap meet for $3 made this a "pro")

Cons

It all snowballs from the top. Any compliments given, or gratitude shown, is when the CEO talks about himself. The executive team truly has no clue what their employees bring to the table. Don't expect to be rewarded for anything, and especially do not expect any type of company perk. For at least three years I heard talks of options, possible 401k matching, money for education... but nothing came to fruition. Everything mentioned in the other reviews about the turnover is true. I've never seen anything like it.

Pros

There are some really great people that work here. The CEO has been extremely successful in the past, therefore leading to believe this company would be successful in the future. Great talent here comes onboard but then unfortunately goes quickly. Seems impressive to an outsider but once in the company it's quickly apparent that a professional's skill set won't be valued or utilized.. Fair benefits plan but no 401k matching. Décor of new building is very tasteful and modern. Some really great people work here. Very competent qnd definitely

Cons

Culture is one of management by intimidation. CEO is the worst I've ever experienced. Verbally abusive to all employees as repeated throughout these reviews. CTO is arrogant and always has his door closed. CEO loves to talk about himself, how great and smart he is, and never develops his staff. Everyone dreads coming to work here. CEO has no leadership skills but is never open to accepting criticism. Turnover is HIGH. Culture always starts at the Executive level so the culture is terrible too. CEO gets too involved with minor and petty incidences instead of focusing on the business and letting his management team perform. He has no respect for his employees. Do not be fooled during the interview process to come and work here. The overall environment is terrible. CEO wants "yes" people, and though he claims he likes healthy debate, this is a total lie. NOTHING is ever good enough for him. He doesn't know how to delegate. He wants to intimidate and insult others- this makes him feel better about himself. I don't know what to say other than stay far away from this company. It's not a surprise to anyone in the industry that he is this way- and never willing to change.
