Some decent people here, but too passive to make a change.

Cons

Hostile environment and hostile employees covered up by others in the company. Sexual harassment and hostility exists at the HR/CO level. CEO is a bully and openly degrades lower management and employees.

Cons

-CIO -CEO It is a feudal fiefdom where two guys who have known each other for a decade + call all the shots, well, one really, the CIO. An odd codependency that would not function if one of the two were to leave. The freedom to make decisions does not exist, many just exist in the organization. This is NOT a place where you will grow, or be empowered to make decisions, your hands are strapped from day one.

I do not recommend SupplyPro if you are not an “A” player. You are surrounded by smart people who like to win. It's a competitive environment in a competitive industry. The company is focussed on being an industry leader. You are expected to think.

Cons

Lots of time-sensitive, high-pressure demands from management. Pressure to get the job done or get out of the way. Sometimes you do not get all the right information. Sometimes co-workers wait to long to ask questions or get help.
