Pros

Good benefits. Great support from management, but not micro-managed. Compensation is directly related to the work you do Great room for growth. High energy. Great sales leadership. Exciting products being launched with solid technology.

Cons

Some changes coming down from management, I agree with decisions being made. New territory equal larger opportunity. No cons at this time.

Pros

Many positive things about company. Smart people who work hard. The products are very good and work well. They are much better than they used to be. The company had good growth for the last two years and many improvements.

Cons

Some people cannot take the change and leave. There is not a 401K program and chance for employee to own stock in company. There used to be free food sometimes but not for a while.

Pros

Lots of changes over the last year and this will probably continue. Lots of employees let go for various reasons. Some of them were definitely needed while others I don't know one way or the other. A cultural change and shake up is happening. The cultural change was needed and it is a better place to work now.

Cons

Same as pros really. Change is coming fast and it can be unsettling.
