Pros

I got the training I needed for the job position and it went down smoothly. Honestly that's the only good thing I can say about this company.

Cons

This company doesn't care about their regular employees. They walk all over them and replace them the next day. When I came in I was told I was replacing someone who was leaving because that employee found a better job. Truth be told it was a lie. Other employees that have been there longer gave me the scoop that, that particular employee was fired. Sure this might sound like little typical work drama and gossip but I got to see it first hand. This company doesn't really "hire" a lot of the employees came to this company through recruiting agencies. This company sucks the new "hires" All come from staffing agencies. Meaning no benefits, and no opportunity of having a sick day if necessary or vacation time after working there for so long. This company basically waitS until Temps contracts are coming to an end so they can let them go and get a new one. The way this company works is ridiculous. There is no morale, a lot of the employees in this company have claimed they want to leave but can't unail they have all their ducks in a row. Meaning they are stuck and miserable. Believe me when I say I was miserable because I was. I took in so much slack from my superiors in hopes of getting hired, and possibly promoted but that didn't happen. I was there for almost half a year. There were moments when I just didn't want to show up but had to because I was also stuck like other employees. This supposedly inventory solutions company is a complete joke. If you are salary watch out for the mean CEO he will yell at you and not care if people can hear him across the halls or all the way downstairs. I have witnessed this firsthand with many employees. If you're up for this challenge best of luck.

Pros

Absolutely none, once an a while they give you food from a vending machine!

Cons

Calling the CEO a back-stabbing weasel is an insult to weasels, so insert whatever descriptor you want here. It’s a collection of the worst management that could be possibly assembled.

Pros

- Cool office space, fosters collaboration - Great people throughout the org especially manu, engineering, ops, hr - CEO knows how to lead an organization to success - doesn't suffer fools and makes the hard decisions to move the company forward

Cons

- No cross-team collaboration or synergies - missed opportunity. Software team is especially tight-lipped and unable to work with any team not under the yoke of CTO - Company spends too much time chasing one-off customer requests (vs. focusing on longer-term growth opps) and then integrates the one-off feature/functionality into software resulting in a mish-mash, unintuitive, software swamp - CEO can't tell when CTO - 50 cents for a soda. Really?
