Pros

There are an incredible amount of resources and talent to help me be successful here. The culture is serious, driven, passionate and team oriented, with everyone being willing to help one another – at every level. The products are solid, the organization has dramatically improved over the last few years with signficant upgrades in talent and attitude.

Cons

Things are moving very fast and it can be a challenge to catch up, get answers and direction. Lots of process changes that can be hard to navigate.

1) there are significant changes in the business model, culture and organization. 2) there are opportunties to participate – management listens to ideas. 3) you learn a lot from the other teams. 4) Engineering work culture 5) You own your own destiny

Cons

1) Internal tools are not most advanced, like a big company 2) Sometimes a challenge between doing “enough” and meeting a “deadline” 3) Some people operate from: 'if it not broke, why bother fixing it?' which can be frustrating when you want the product to be great.

Pros

SupplyPro has some of the greatest technology and certainly hold there own with their main competitors, AutoCrib and CribMaster. Coworkers are generally great to work with.

Cons

Management is completely disconnected with what has to happen to move forward and to prevent wasting their current opportunities. They are all wrapped up in CYA instead of stepping out and managing for the future and not just the present.
