Pros

It was challenging at first but the level of support offered to new hires is great. I work on the corporate side and have been involved with working with both our corporate and clinical staff. The efforts put forth to support our new providers is amazing. The attitude comes from the very top starting with the CEO and top management who seem to be just as concerned about the well being of the their staff as they are with the health of the business.

Cons

Never knowing what to expect on any given day is sometimes challenging, but the company gives you the tools and training to overcome those challenges.
