Great place to work!

Pros

Surescripts has been an extremely welcoming corporate culture. Since starting in this role the team has gone out of its way to ensure I've been welcomed, had questions answered and learned my role. The company also has a great downtown office and flexible work from home policy!

Cons

Surescripts is an incredibly data heavy company that works in challenging areas of the healthcare space. The learning curve is steep and you are expected to learn new concepts most days.

Pros

Interesting, complex market. Higher than average talent density. Some truly exceptional people. Basic salary is competitive. Good opportunities to grow if you actively seek them out. Work from home policy provides good balance of getting things done versus staying plugged in.

Cons

Annual "merit" increase barely keeps pace with inflation. Company is going through a transition period to a larger, more mature, process driven organization. Some bumps expected. Getting formal approvals can be very labor intensive.
