I've never worked with so many experts within their respective fields at one company. Surescripts staff is highly skilled and motivated to make a difference in healthcare. Morale around the offices are high. Managers encourage outside-the-box thinking and appreciate change. Traits like this make for a rewarding environment for personal contributors.

Cons

Working across teams is something that Surescripts has invested in and has dedicated energy to continually improving.

- Good executive and management team - Flexible remote vs. in office schedule - Internal growth opportunities

Cons

From a product owner perspective, it may be different than what a product owner coming in from another company is used to, since the the Product owner is on the Operations and Technology side, not the product management side. This isn't necessarily a "con", just something to be aware of.

Pros

Overall, great company to work for. Good culture. I feel valued and respected. Most of my coworkers are very skilled, helpful and focused on getting things done. Good work/life balance. Working from home due Covid and hybrid model will be adopted afterwards.

Cons

There is no structured training for new employees on the products that the company offers. If are not coming from Healthcare industry, it may be difficult to catch on some concepts.
