      Pros

      Overall, great company to work for. Good culture. I feel valued and respected. Most of my coworkers are very skilled, helpful and focused on getting things done. Good work/life balance. Working from home due Covid and hybrid model will be adopted afterwards.

      Cons

      There is no structured training for new employees on the products that the company offers. If are not coming from Healthcare industry, it may be difficult to catch on some concepts.

      Pros

      Wonderful people and great work-place culture. Good benefits and pay with a hybrid work from home model. The learning curve for the products is a steep. There are resources and people are willing to help teach you as you onboard. Even as you continue to build tenure you are learning something new almost every day.

      Pros

      Appreciate the organized and thorough response during the pandemic. From sending us to work from home, to keeping us abreast of company decisions, to communicating healthcare best practice protocols - very professional and on the ball. When we do return to work eventually, it will be in a hybrid way that takes advantage of increased flexibility in work from home with some in office time to see colleagues/collaborate in person etc. Really good that we'll have that flexibility.

      Cons

      Not a con necessarily but there is a lot to learn in healthcare tech and it's always changing, so on one hand it's exciting and interesting but on the other it's a lot to take on learning wise.
