- Good executive and management team - Flexible remote vs. in office schedule - Internal growth opportunities

Cons

From a product owner perspective, it may be different than what a product owner coming in from another company is used to, since the the Product owner is on the Operations and Technology side, not the product management side. This isn't necessarily a "con", just something to be aware of.

Very bright colleagues. Great pay. Good benefits and time off.

Cons

Limited room for growth. Lots of lateral movement opportunities available. Full time Remote is not an option. Diversity needs works.
