Great team, the work itself is challenging and keeps you on your toes, good location and surrounded by restaurants and bars.

Cons

The Hillsboro location feels a little detached from the management on the east coast. A decision needs to make its way all the way up the chain of command before moving forward which causes lots of delays. That's the price for being part of a large company I guess.

Cons

The management structure has grown based on who the interim CEO (now some other title) liked. The head of HR has no HR experience and has treated it as a power trip, leading to micromanaging by HR really low morale by employees.
