Leadership clearly lost it's way

Pros

It might be a common thing to say, but the colleagues were the best I'd ever had the pleasure to work with. Always empathetic and uplifting working to build a better place.

Cons

The same great individuals were the ones targeted by leadership. The executives sold their souls to a private equity firm and in so doing they eliminated the great voices. A place that used to care about their employees just saw them as assets.

Cons

-Micromanagement. -Lack of job security. -Damaged career having been laid off after less than 2 years. -Caught manager in unethical behavior. The high pay comes with micromanagement, stress, anxiety. With the company having been sold to private equity firm, job security is not guaranteed and very unstable. The high pay might be attractive but if you don't get to keep your job, what is the point? I put in a lot of effort and was hoping to retire from this company but after a shortenened stint I am back in the job market because of the private equity firm demanding cuts.

Cons

Things have gone downhill in the past 3 years, especially since the purchase of the company by TPG. Poor job security. Unrealistic expectations from management. Not enough employees to handle the amount of work.
