Pros
Appreciate the organized and thorough response during the pandemic. From sending us to work from home, to keeping us abreast of company decisions, to communicating healthcare best practice protocols - very professional and on the ball. When we do return to work eventually, it will be in a hybrid way that takes advantage of increased flexibility in work from home with some in office time to see colleagues/collaborate in person etc. Really good that we'll have that flexibility.
Cons
Not a con necessarily but there is a lot to learn in healthcare tech and it's always changing, so on one hand it's exciting and interesting but on the other it's a lot to take on learning wise.
