The work culture values politicking over transparency, tradition over innovation, and control over trust. It incentivizes employees to make themselves visible to leadership through constant meetings and sleek decks rather than output. As a result, a shockingly small amount of work actually gets done. Disruptors and thought leaders will be out of place here.
