Company used to be great. But it’s been downhill for a few years now. Leadership takes almost no accountability and puts blame on middle managers. Certain department leaders here will never take responsibility for our declining business, they just blame down. Some other major flaws: -Workplace has become very toxic -Certain department leaders have very obvious bias for certain groups, and against others -Yearly comp increases are all over the place and no clear or fair practices -Offshoring just about every job now. Rarely higher anyone in the US these days. -STG is clearly just trying to cut costs over and over until we look interesting enough to another PE firm -Company eNPS scores are terrible
