Pros

It’s flight. 48 hour shifts. Medical plans where an option is company paid healthcare.

Cons

Education department needs major revamp and overhaul. Company puts profit over employee wellness and safety. Hospital based contracts versus hanger based operations. Pushes maintenance out as far as possible. One of the lowest paid flight programs.

Pros

Easy to get employment. Easy to get credentialed(with the company).

Cons

They prioritize company profits at the expense of livable wages. They don’t appreciate/prioritize the employees wellbeing, work-life balance or safety.
