Good salary. Friendly staff that really want to do a good job.

Cons

SGMF lulls you into believing you are important and that you are valued as an employee, and then when the first sign of economic slowdown and they realize it is not easy to find employment elsewhere, you are treated like you are invisible. They care only for their income.

Pros

Decent benefits package; friendly, welcoming atmosphere; you will be treated with the utmost respect from the janitor all the way to the CEO; transparency of management; Lean environment and the desire to continuously improve environment for the people who do the work.

Cons

Pays employees far, FAR below the market value for the work that they do; difficult to impossible for those to receive a tangible raise once the wage has been set; promotions are rare; Lean environment can be a hassle/cause headaches with constant changes to environment and processes... sometimes for the worse.
